O Praise Him

One thing the Lord has helped me realize is that I've not been living in complete utter thankfulness and praise for all of the things in my life.  I mean sure we'll go through seasons where we learn about one thing in God's Word or in our life or other things.  But above all things going on in our world, should it not be completely covered in gratefulness to God?   I pray that my praise toward God would not just be evident when things seem great, but when they seem not so great.  And whose to say, things are great or not so great.  In what perspective do I make that statement?

James 1:12 Blessed [is] the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.

So whether it be temptation, suffering, victory, or overcoming, I know that if I love my God, He will work together all things for my good and His Glory.

Romans 8 :28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to [his] purpose.

There's tough things in our lives a lot of the times.  I'm going through some very tough things right now in my own life.   But I know, that our God is greater than all things.  And I will choose to Praise Him.
